I am very pleased to recommend Margareta’s book A Tasty & Easy Way to Healthy Eating. I’m no great cook myself but the way the book is written is so easy to follow and it is full of little tips to help you get it right. It has actually encouraged me to get in the kitchen and have a go. I also love how every recipe is adaptable so that each recipe can be used several different ways to get a different meal each time.

Best of all I love that the food is so wholesome and delicious – there are no awful diet products used, it is all about real food. When you eat real food like this you don’t feel hungry or deprived, you feel like you have had a nutritionally excellent meal which also tasted great. Eating like this as a way of life will get you to your perfect weight and help you stay there. I do feel like Margareta’s way is the right way to eat and I would recommend you buy her book and give it a try.
